Refund policy

General Return Policy:

We offer a refund, exchange, or replacement on products returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that returned products are in their original, unopened and unused condition. Opened products will not be accepted for return based on Medicine Council regulation.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

For products returned due to defects, we will examine the product and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable time.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel an order if it has not been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you must return the product at your own cost.
