Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Costs:

Delivery within South Africa is made via the use of Ram Couriers and you are able to select your preferred method when checking out and placing your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination.

Order Processing:

We aim to process and ship your order the same day if payment (via EFT) has been received before 12PM midday. Orders where payment is received after this time will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information if available.

Delivery Times:

Delivery is 1 - 2 working days in main cities and 3 - 4 working days for outlying areas.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

Missing or Damaged Shipments:

If your shipment is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@coliccalm.co.za within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
